Shared Infrastructure Inspection Binder

Track paths, beds, fences, gates, water-adjacent infrastructure, sheds, signs, seating, drainage and repairs from first defect through closeout and handoff.

Two decisions for every finding: condition = Healthy / Watch / Correct / Stop. Work class = Maintain / Repair / Replace / Project Change.
