Unemployment benefits
File online through the Delaware Division of Unemployment Insurance at the state portal. Max $450/week — raised from $400 by HB 49 (2023). File via Delaware JobLink at ui.delawareworks.com. Delaware allows earnings up to 50% of WBA before benefits are reduced.

Adults up to 138% FPL qualify through Delaware ASSIST portal. Delaware's Medicaid is called DSHP (Delaware Healthy Children Program for children and Delaware's Medicaid for adults).
