Unemployment benefits
File online through the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training (DLT) at the state portal. Max $745/week effective July 2025; $931 with maximum 5 dependents. RI also offers TDI (up to $1,103/week) for non-work illness/injury and TCI (Temporary Caregiver Insurance) for family leave — one of only 5 states with these programs. File at uionline.detma.org.
