By the end, you will have a written household health plan: a care map showing where to go for what, a first-aid kit audit, a home safety record, a current medication list, a personal health info sheet, a preventive care schedule, and a caregiving assessment with advance-planning status. Every piece is something the household already needs but rarely organizes until a crisis forces it.
